Warranty

Thank you for purchasing XIGNAL products. Our products are manufactured under strict quality control so that customers can use them with confidence.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for the product is one year from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs under normal use in accordance with the instruction manual during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers the product body only. Accessories (cables, adapters, etc.) and consumables are not covered by the warranty.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

The following cases are not covered by the warranty even within the warranty period (repair at customer expense).

  • Damage caused by improper handling such as drops or shocks during transportation after purchase
  • Damage caused by use contrary to the instructions or modification
  • Damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters
  • Evidence of repair or modification by parties other than us or an authorized service designated by us
  • When the warranty card is not presented, or the required fields are not filled in, or the wording has been altered
  • When the order number or order date and order site cannot be verified
  • Except where we have made exceptions to the above.

Repairs and Replacements

If you would like repairs or replacements within the warranty period, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product or our customer support. Please present the product and the warranty card when contacting us.

When repairing or replacing, we will verify the order number or the order date and order site. If these cannot be verified, the warranty may not apply.

Disclaimer

We are not liable for incidental damages (data loss, lost profits, etc.) caused by product failure.
